DESCRIPTION:Saturdays\, April 18th through August 15th. \nOn September 19th\, the Beach Sweep will be held at the Holiday Inn Oceanfront Resort\, Surfside Beach.\nSeptember 19th – The Town of Surfside Beach will host a Beach Sweep on Saturday\, September 19th\, at the Holiday Inn Surfside Beach. This event is in conjunction with the SC Sea Grant Consortium’s annual statewide Beach & River Sweep.\nParticipants will enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages\, a DJ\, giveaways\, a 2-night stay at the Holiday Inn Surfside Beach\, t-shirts\, hats\, gift certificates\, and more!\nAll beach sweeps are family-friendly! Bags and gloves are provided. If you can\, please bring a non-perishable donation for South Strand Helping Hand. \nBeach Sweep Details\nPlease join the Keep Surfside Beach Beautiful Committee at 3rd Ave beach access from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. for the Beach Sweep.
