Join the Town of Surfside Beach for the Annual Memorial Day Golf Cart Parade!
REGISTRATION: All participants must register to be eligible to win prizes. Click here to register
CHECK-IN: Corner of Dogwood N & 14th Ave N with the Keep Surfside Beach Beautiful Committee to get your number. Place the number on the right side of the golf cart so the judges can clearly see your number. The judges will be stationed at Neal & Pam’s.
LINE-UP: Begins at 10:15 a.m. | Dogwood N & 16th Ave N | Parade steps off at 11:00 a.m.
ROUTE: Dogwood N, right onto 16th Ave N, travel south on Ocean Boulevard to 16th Ave S. All carts are encouraged to meet at Neal & Pam’s at the conclusion of the Golf Cart Parade for the winners’ announcements. Mayor Krouse will announce the winners, award prizes, and take photos with them.
The kiddos love candy, so please bring it to gently throw to them during the parade.
After the MD Golf Cart Parade, head over to Memorial Park at 2 pm to honor our Veterans with the Memorial Day Service.

Please note that the only way to sign up or make payment for ANY town event is through our website, www.surfsidebeach.org or in person at Surfside Beach Town Hall, located at 210 U.S. HWY 17 South. PUBLIC NOTICE: Ocean Blvd will be closed from approximately 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for the Surfside Beach Memorial Day Golf Cart Parade.
The parade kicks off at 11 a.m., going from 16th Ave North to 16th Ave South.
Intersections along Ocean Blvd will reopen as the parade rolls down the street.
Please note that parade participants will check in at the Keep Surfside Beach Beautiful table on the corner of 14th Ave North and Dogwood Drive North and then line up on Dogwood Drive North at 16th Ave North.
